Our operations manager, Rachel, holds degrees from Northern Arizona University and Grand Canyon University. She brings leadership skills and a passion for customer care, combined with interests in sports and fitness. Jessica, our office manager, is recognized for her friendly and efficient service, which helps make the insurance process smooth and straightforward.

Community Commitment and Local Roots

Tammy was born and raised in Las Vegas and relocated to Ahwatukee in 1999 before making Chandler her home. She and her husband Terry, a communications professor at Grand Canyon University, have six children and one grandchild. Tammy actively supports local schools and organizations, including Hartford Sylvia Encinas Elementary, Arizona State University, Xavier College Preparatory, Chandler High School, Donate Life, Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, the Humane Society, and military support groups.

As a member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, Tammy maintains strong community engagement and serves residents throughout Chandler, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa, Ahwatukee, Queen Creek, and the greater Maricopa County area.
