"After shopping around for car insurance for months I finally found Agent Alexyss Suazo listened to what my needs were and broke it all down for me. She saved us TONS of money by bundling our car insurance and homeowners insurance as well as gave us a discount for signing up to use Drive Safe for our vehicles. She was detailed and patient with me although I made her wait a week before I could move forward with switching to StateFarm. "Monica set me up, and she was awesome in every way. I had issues getting answers about how the scoring of the Drive Safe and Save program affects discounts, but Tammy White resolved this beautifully. This office deserves 5 stars for their transparency and care for their clients, but I find the State Farm company overall disappointing. The Drive Safe and Save program is completely misleading; apparently BARELY ANY of your safe driving affects your discount - it's almost exclusively your mileage. I will likely cancel as I review my options, but this office is still great."
