"My stars for this office went from 5 to 1 to 5 and are now back to 1. This office has an amazing response time, and demeanor-wise, are very kind, polite, and professional. But one horrible experience brings them back to 1 star. Upon getting a new car, an agent described that my POLICY AND INSURANCE COVERAGE are extended for 30 days on my old car as a courtesy while I sell it. In my naivety, I complimented them for this supposed generosity. 30 days later, it turns out they told the MVD my old car insurance was canceled 30 days prior to the extension, which the MVD might penalize me for and at the least now won't provide a registration refund on my old car. If someone tells you "policy and insurance coverage are extended for 30 days", does that not sound like your policy and insurance coverage are actually extended for 30 days? Why would she not add that they're still going to report that you don't have insurance to the MVD? Another issue, having nothing to do with this office, the Drive Safe and Safe program is completely misleading. It's marketed that you can get a 10-30% discount on your policy from good driving. But after multiple calls, I discovered that virtually none of your driving habits actually affect the discount, that it's almost exclusively (>90%) based on mileage."

"I came in to the office today to meet my insurance team and say thanks for the personal business approach that they have. "I recently moved across the country and have been procrastinating changing my auto insurance to an Arizona-based agent. This morning I finally felt like getting it done and saw Tammy White was just down the road from me. I called expecting the process to be painful since I’m changing states, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! The person that answered the phone, I think her name was Jessica, was so friendly and sweet when I explained my situation. She reassured me that there was someone in the office that specialized in this sort of thing and got me sent over to Rachel right away. Rachel and I were laughing instantly. She will probably read this and I hope she doesn’t think it’s weird but I really felt like I was talking to a friend. Rachel got me set up with everything I needed, and the most labor intensive thing I had to do was read out my driver’s license number. She made it too easy! I really should have called sooner but now I know that there are people like Rachel and Jessica in Tammy’s office that make the “ugh” feeling of needing to talk to your insurance company feel more like a “yay.” Thank you so much Rachel!!!"

"I left Geico after 10 years and them continually raising my rates for no reason which resulted me having to spend a hour or two on the phone every renewal cycle in which they would always apologize, tell me they didn’t know why it went up, but then would always say they would apply a discount to bring it down. I have yet to have to deal with that kind of stuff at State Farm. Rachel, my rep, is always quick to answer the phone (no more automated service that take hours to navigate), always super helpful, and regularly communicates ways to save even more money. Love it here."
